The center front cabinet on my 2000 Safari Continental was made for a tube style TV and was a constant source of head injuries when not paid attention to, which often I didn’t. The cabinet was no longer needed to house the old style TV or even the LCD monitor. Therefore the monitor design was changed as well as the mounting system. This project shows the simple modifications to reduce in size but retain the original cabinet.
