There have been repetitive continual requests by members helping others to “insert a signature”. While some may not want to do this, others do and simply forget or have to manually remember to add a signature each time which can be laborious. This is meant to be a help to those that would like a simple way to do the above.
A presentation has been added to show one way to accumulate information and then create a set of pages or entries for off-line access. This is also an effective tool for managing Email Signatures and repetitive text addendum’s. Multiple signatures and categories may be maintained at the same time. Although this is presented using an Android phone Apple phones, Windows and Mac computers have similar systems. The intent is to advance an awareness that will help overcome the tedious repetitive requirement to add signatures that may vary based on which group is being addressed.
