Our kitchen area had limited storage area for larger appliances. This expansion was designed explicitly for an Air Fryer and Instapot, both are large appliances. The under sink plumbing was rerouted and the dead area under the counter corner reclaimed for an additional rotating tray. By moving the plumbing it was possible to add a pull out drawer and an additional shelf on a track guide. The plumbing changes can be found under the project on kitchen sink plumbing.
