After using the backup camera on a trip it was obvious that some improvements were essential. The night vision did not work because the camera infrared LEDs were reflecting off the plexiglass rear view port as well as also reducing the clarity of the image. This project replaces the original internally mounted camera with an externally mounted camera. The first camera was reused as a front facing camera.
