One of the most serious points of failure on these motor homes is the seal points on the exterior roof. When they leak water extensive damage can result because the water travels along the walls and inner roof causing rot and mold. That is what happened on this coach. Numerous layers of Dicor and Eternbond tape were added (often incorrectly or incompetently) and the leaks remained causing a major fail in the roof support systems. This section deals with the repairs on the interior ceiling after the 21 of 22 seal points were repaired.
